The Knoll Studio Saarinen Tulip is a classic design by Eero Saarinen. In 1957, Saarinen created a fantastic series of tables and chairs, which would become known as the Tulip tables and chairs.
Characteristic of the furniture in this series is the base, which consists of a single pedestal that flows downward into a round foot.
With this, Saarinen wanted to put an end to the clutter of table and chair legs.
In this table series, the base is not only beautiful but also very practical. This allows chairs and legs to move freely around and under the table.
