The casually pleated upholstery of the seat shell invites you to sit down, lean back, and unwind, or to connect, exchange ideas, and enjoy time together. In terms of design, the chair is characterized by the relaxed upholstery of the seat shell, which rests in a refined tubular steel frame. The rear bar of this frame pulls the upholstery slightly inward in the middle of the backrest, enhancing Marie's informal appearance. As is typical with Freifrau furniture, there is a choice of various fabrics and leathers for every taste, from classic to extravagant.
The upholstery of the seat shell is attached with a zipper and then screwed to the frame as part of the seat. This makes the upholstery easy to unscrew and replace; furthermore, the chair can be easily separated into individual components at the end of its lifespan.
The version of Marie offered here is equipped with a wooden cross-base with a swivel and return mechanism. The chair is fully upholstered in high-quality leather in a single color.
