Minotti 's Superquadra collection, designed by Marcio Kogan in collaboration with Studio MK27 , reflects the pure, architectural elegance of Brazilian modernism. The line takes its name from Lúcio Costa and Oscar Niemeyer's urban concept for Brasília (1956), which emphasizes clean volumes, floating structures, and timeless proportions.
This specific version – the Superquadra Table 122 × 128 cm – combines a luxurious Sahara Noir marble top with dark brown-stained Santos rosewood . The subtle sheen of the marble and the warm wood grain create a refined contrast that embodies the essence of modern Italian design.
The base, crafted from polished aluminum with a Brandy lacquer finish , gives the piece a light, floating character. The whole exudes craftsmanship, balance, and understated luxury – typical of Kogan's style.
